Rio Ferdinand had a hilarious put down to co-pundit Laura Woods as they discussed Manchester United’s latest struggles on Tuesday night
The Red Devils legend already ripped into his former side after offering his immediate thoughts on United’s dismal 3-0 defeat by Tottenham on Sunday afternoon.
But Ferdinand returned to the topic during TNT Sport’s coverage of the Champions League on Tuesday, as he discussed it with Woods and Joleon Lescott
Woods asked for Ferdinand’s opinion on United’s issues and he replied: ‘Laura, can we move on please? Quickly!’
As well as his light-hearted comment, Ferdinand did eventually delve into his views on the Red Devils’ early season form and admitted it was ‘worrying’.
